Cancellation Policy
Renter agrees they must start no earlier than 30min prior to their scheduled rental time and conclude the rental at their scheduled end time. 1. All gym rentals are limited to 2 hours of playtime. 2. Families permitted a Half hour set up time prior to start time of party. 3. All food and drinks remain outside in picnic patio and off turf. Renter will need to bring their own table cloth / covering. No alcohol is allowed on the premises. 4. Street parking only. 5. Limit to 35 kids total. 6. Must clean up the party and return gym to the same as when you started by the end of your rental time. 7. Must supervise kids on equipment- 1 at a time on inside obstacles, tumble track, trampoline and warped wall. 8. A trick and flip coach will be present to help open and close the gym. 9. All attendees must sign waivers upon arrival. 10. All participants must wear grip socks, they can bring their own, or purchase for $5 at the gym via cash or venmo. 11. Your party rental will be the only event happening at the scheduled time, no other rentals or classes will be scheduled. 100% rental payment is due at the time of rental to reserve the space. Booking must be cancelled within 30 days prior to day booked or your amount will be forfeited. SD Trick and Flip assumes no liability for injury sustained by any athlete using the floor, equipment, trampoline, warp wall, ninja station, bounce house, obstacle course, etc. If the floors, mirrors, sound systems or other equipment is damaged in any way while being rented, the renter will assume full monetary damage repair for replacement costs including labor. Renter agrees if any food/drinks are brought into the bounce house or obstacle course a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. This agreement between the parties involved is in effect during the entire rental period. Cancellation of rentals due to inclement weather (rain, lighting, high winds) prior to SD Trick and Flip setting up rented equipment, will result in a cancellation with any deposit and/or payment able to be applied to another rental time period within 90 days at the Lessee's choosing, pending equipment availability. Cancellation after T+F has set-up the bounce house or equipment, will result in a no refund or reschedule of rental. *Good to Know* Grip socks are required for all children participating. Guests may bring their own grip socks or purchase a pair for $5. Booking Family has an option to purchase for the entire party for $3/Pair.
