Mommy & Me Classes

Welcome to our Mommy and Me classes! We offer two convenient enrollment options to fit your schedule: choose between our monthly tuition for ongoing access or take advantage of our drop-in option for flexibility. Join us for fun and engaging activities designed strengthen the bond between you and your little one. We can't wait to see you in class!

Mommy & Me Class Options

SD Trick and Flip offers 3 weekly options for mommy and me classes!

Parent led 2 hour open gym $20/class

  • Mondays 10:45am-12:45pm

Coach led monthly class $120/month

  • Mondays 9:30am 

  • Saturdays 9:00am
