A: Yes, parents are welcome to watch their children during classes from the designated parent viewing area at Sd Trick and Flip. 
However, for safety and to maintain a focused training environment, the gym floors, mats, and equipment are strictly an athlete-only zone. This policy ensures that all participants can train without interruptions and reduces the risk of accidents. We encourage parents to support their children by observing from the comfortable and secure viewing space provided.

Q: What are the dress code and equipment requirements for athletes attending classes at Sd Trick and Flip?

Accepted Answer

A: At Sd Trick and Flip, all athletes are required to wear grip socks during class to ensure safety and optimal performance. Each new monthly class enrollment includes one complimentary pair of grip socks; additional pairs can be purchased on-site for $5 each, payable by cash or venmo.
 Athletes may wear any comfortable athletic attire suitable for physical activity.

For safety reasons, no jewelry is allowed, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, or similar accessories. Additionally, athletes with long hair must have it securely pulled back to prevent maintain safety. 
It is also recommended that athletes bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class sessions. 
These guidelines are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and effective environment for every participant at Sd Trick and Flip.

Private lessons are booked separately from our monthly classes. Please click here to book a private lesson. Lessons are good for 1 athlete only. If you wish to book a private lesson for 2 athletes please select the shared lesson type. 
Private Lessons are non refundable.

Q: What should I know before bringing my child to a class at SD Trick + Flip?

A: To ensure a safe and focused environment where your child can unleash their inner ninja, SD Trick + Flip kindly requests that all participants leave behind cell phones, jewelry, backpacks, and any extra items before walking onto the gym mats and equipment.
 This policy helps prevent distractions and reduces the risk of injury, allowing your child to fully engage in our dynamic gym classes designed to build confidence, strength, and agility. 
We’re excited to see your child flip, jump, and grow in a fun and secure setting!

Holiday Closures

Trick and Flip is closed on the following holidays; Halloween, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

Gym Policies

All new parent portal accounts have a 1 time registration fee of $15/athlete.
Grip socks are required. Feel free to bring your own or purchase on site for $5/pair via cash or venmo.
1 pair of grip socks is included for all new enrollments into a monthly class.
Classes,registrations and enrollments are non refundable. All sales are final.

Zero-Tolerance Behaviors
The following behaviors will result in a parent/guardian being contacted for immediate pick-up:
Hitting
Kicking
Biting
Cussing or inappropriate language
Putting hands on another athlete in an aggressive or unsafe manner
Refusing to listen to staff
Repeatedly not following gym rules
Any behavior that puts yourself, another athlete, or staff member at risk
