Cali Coast Elite, LTD, doing business as San Diego Trick & Flip ("we," "us," "our"), operates sdtrickandflip.com and the gym at 5304 Custer St, San Diego, CA 92110. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
WHAT WE COLLECT
From this website. When you request a free class or contact us, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address and phone number, the athlete's first name and age, and which program you're interested in. If you check the box to receive text messages, we record that consent.
When you enroll. Registration is handled through Jackrabbit Class, our class management system. Enrollment collects billing information, emergency contacts, and the medical and participation information described in our registration agreement. Digital waivers are handled through SmartWaiver.
Automatically. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how people find us.
Photos and video. We photograph and record classes and events as described in our Photo & Video Release, which every family agrees to at registration.
CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
We collect an athlete's first name and age from a parent or guardian, not from the child. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information directly from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
TEXT MESSAGES
Text messaging is optional. You give consent by checking the box on our website form or by telling us directly. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
If you opt in, we may send class reminders, schedule changes, and occasional information about our programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@sdtrickandflip.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To contact you about a class you asked about
- To enroll your athlete and process tuition
- To keep your athlete safe, including emergency contacts and medical information
- To send schedule changes, closures and gym news
- To promote the gym, within the terms of our Photo & Video Release
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We do use service providers who handle information on our behalf and only on our instructions: Jackrabbit Class for registration and billing, SmartWaiver for waivers, GoHighLevel for contact management and communications, Wix for website hosting, and Google for website analytics and our business listing.
YOUR CHOICES
Email — use the unsubscribe link in any message, or email us.
Text messages — reply STOP to any message.
Photos and video — submit a written opt-out to info@sdtrickandflip.com with the athlete's name and class.
Access or deletion — email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some records we are required to keep for accounting, insurance or safety reasons.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
For as long as you are an active family with us, and afterward as needed for accounting, insurance and legal purposes.
SECURITY
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
