Come join our all-ages tricking program! Tricking is a discipline that combines martial arts kicks with flips and twists from gymnastics, as well as ground work from breakdancing. It aims to achieve a display of different combinations of creative tricks.

Open Gyms

An "Open Gym" is a flexible fitness and recreation time where individuals can use the gym's equipment and facilities without structured classes, often for recreational exercise or skill development.

Parent Night Out

Enjoy Some adult time, while your athlete gets some extra gym time in!

Ninja Academy

Our classes are designed to challenge and motivate kids to push their limits, building endurance and resilience in a supportive setting.
