These terms cover your use of sdtrickandflip.com. Enrollment in our classes is governed separately by the policies you agree to during registration.

USING THIS WEBSITE

The content here is provided for information about our programs. Schedules, pricing and class availability change, and the current information in our registration system controls. Please don't use this site to interfere with its operation or to collect information about our families.

FREE FIRST CLASS

We offer a free first class to new athletes, one per athlete. Booking is subject to space in the class, and we confirm the day and time with you by phone. Registration and a signed waiver are required before participating.

ENROLLMENT AND TUITION

When you register, you agree to our Membership, Payment & Enrollment Policy, Gym Rules, Conduct & Participation Policy, Medical & Emergency Authorization, Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk, and Photo & Video Release. Those documents govern your enrollment. The summary below is for convenience only and does not replace them:

- A valid credit or debit card must remain on file. Monthly tuition is charged automatically on the 1st of each month.
- A $25 fee may be charged for declined payments. Accounts unpaid after the 5th may incur an additional $25 late fee.
- Tuition is non-refundable once charged. There is no refund or proration for missed classes, vacations, schedule conflicts or mid-month withdrawal.
- To stop a recurring enrollment, send written notice to info@sdtrickandflip.com before the 1st of the upcoming month. Notice received on or after the 1st applies to the following billing cycle.
- Make-up classes may be available for eligible recreational programs with advance approval, up to one per month, subject to space. Make-ups are not guaranteed.

TEXT MESSAGES

If you opt in, we may send class reminders, schedule changes and occasional information about our programs. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.

PHOTOS AND VIDEO

We photograph and record classes and events for promotional use as described in our Photo & Video Release. A parent or guardian may opt out by writing to info@sdtrickandflip.com with the athlete's name and class.

SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Parkour, ninja, tumbling and tricking involve inherent physical risk. Participation requires a signed Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk, agreed to at registration. That document, not this page, governs those terms.

LINKS TO OTHER SERVICES

We link to Jackrabbit Class for registration and SmartWaiver for waivers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms and will post the new effective date on this page.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in San Diego County, California.
